What is the return/exchange policy of DUMDAAR.COM?
Here, at DUMDAAR.COM, we value your every purchase and the feelings behind it. Therefore, in any case whether your product(s) is/are damaged, defective or you are not satisfied with the product(s), you can conveniently return it to us or can exchange with us.
DUMDAAR.COM gives you the option to exchange or return the product(s) bought from our online shopping portal within the 7 days of receipt of the order. Any request for the return or exchange of the product(s) after the 7 days of receipt, will not be entertained.
All the items which are to be returned or exchanged must be unworn, unused and in their original condition with all the original tags and the packagings.
How do I place a request on DUMDAAR.COM for return/exchange?
If you want/wish to return or exchange the product(s) bought from DUMDAAR.COM shopping website, you can simply let us know by a call on our 24×7 Customer Care number . Once the return/exchange request is made, we will take care of the rest and make sure it is processed as soon as possible.
If the product is not satisfactory, wrong or damaged, can I return or exchange?
Here, at DUMDAAR.COM, we do Quality Check for every product before it reaches your hands. And Yes, you can go for the return or exchange of the product(s), but within the 14 days of receipt of the order and the product(s) shouldn’t have been tampered.
The exchange can only be entertained in following cases:-
1. In case you are not satisfied with the product(s) purchased
2. Any wrong item(s) have been delivered to you.
There is no return policy for the non-satisfactory and wrongly delivered products.
In any case you receive the damaged product(s), then you can go for the either of the both – return or exchange of the item(s) bought.
What are the items that I can return or exchange?
We offer return/exchange to our customers on most of our products such as apparels, footwears, home and kitchen products, electronics, etc. But the product(s) purchased should not have been tempered and should be in their original condition before their return or exchange of the same.
Due to the health and hygiene reasons, we won’t be able to accept the return or exchange on the following item(s)/product(s):-
1. Nightwear with Briefs (G-Strings)
3. G-Strings and Thongs
5. Swimwear Costumes
6. Men’s Briefs
8. Sexual Well Being products
10. Healthcare Equipments
What is the time duration, I’ll get my refund on the product I returned?
Once we receive your products back to our Chomu warehouse, the quality team will check the product(s) returned, for the fulfillment of our return norms. We will process your refunds within the 07 working days from the date of the receipt of your returned product(s).
In any case the returned product(s) does not qualify on the basis of the return norms, then our team will get back to you.
Are there any specific conditions under which the product(s) to be returned or exchanged can be rejected?
Yes, there are certain events/scenarios when the product(s) to be returned or exchanged can be rejected:-
1. When the returned product(s) are different from the product(s) bought by you.
2. If any intentional damage has been done to the product(s) to be returned or exchanged.
3. If the return or exchange request has been made after the 7-days of the receipt of the order.
4. Any consumable product(s) which has been used or installed.
5. Product(s) without the tags, labels, serial numbers or the important packagings.
6. Health and hygiene related product(s).
Do I need to send the product or will it be collected from my home/office address?
We always take care and are always happy to help our customers. If any request has been made for the return or exchange of the product(s) then you don’t have to send the product(s). We will make all the necessary arrangements to pick it up from your home/office address. But please make sure that the item(s) has been unused, unworn, unwashed and with original tags and price labels.
Do I have to pay any charges for the return or exchange?
Items which are to be exchanged need to be sent to the addresses given below within 7 days of receiving the goods.
DUMDAAR.COM will replace the items free of cost or issue a full refund if we have sent you a wrong item (wrong colour or size). Shipping charges for the replacement will not be billed to the customer.
If you would like to exchange any item, DUMDAAR.COM will replace the returned items free of cost and issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit /debit card used for online shopping. However, shipping charges would not be refunded. On receipt of the wrong product at our return address, you would need to place a fresh order for the correct item.
Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address indicated on the Return & Exchange form.

In case I got wrong refund for my product, what should I do?
In case you have received the wrong refund for your returned product(s), then you can either call on our 24×7 Customer Care number. or else you can raise a request for the correct/exact refund with the screenshot of the payment received and share it with the personal manager assigned to you. We will take care of the rest.
What will be the mode through which I will get my refund?
For Credit Card/Debit Card/Netbanking or Paypal Transactions:
As the charge to your credit card / account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment we will provide a refund to your account via the CCAvenue Payment Gateway or PayPal if applicable as per the situations given below.
If applicable, refunds would be made for the cost of the goods to the credit /debit card used for online shopping. However, shipping charges would not be refunded except where DUMDAAR.COM has erroneously sent you a wrong item / colour / size.
For COD (Cash on Delivery) Transactions:
1. Refunds can only happen via Gift Vouchers.
2. Cash Refunds are not allowed for COD orders since we cannot get deliver cash through couriers.
3. The customer can ship the product in case he or she receives a damaged or defective product. Customer can also place a request for a reverse pick up incase reverse pick up service is available through our couriers.
Refunds will be done in the following cases:
1. Genuine sizing issues, only for unused garments. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
2. Genuine quality issues.
3. Packages lost in transit.
4. In case DUMDAAR.COM discovers any mispricing in its online catalogue and the price charged to you is higher than the actual price.
5. In case DUMDAAR.COM discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
6. In case the customer is not happy with the purchase and has returned the item/items to the address mentioned above. In such cases the filled return form should be included in the return shipment.
No refunds will be given in the following cases:
1. In case of minor design and colour variations. With handloom products there will always be some variation between products.
2. Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
3. Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
4. After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
5. Package refused by recipient.
7. Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
Note: Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit.
